We know you’re excited to get your hands on your new POCKETS bag. We’ve kept our shipping simple, transparent, and best of all, covered by us.
Delivery Costs

NZ & Australia: We are happy to offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.

International: For our friends overseas, we're working on expanding our shipping reach globally. And when we do, it'll be free too. Stay tuned!
Processing & Dispatch
We are a small, dedicated team. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your bag leaves our studio.
Estimated Delivery Times (NZ)
Once your order has been picked up by our courier, these are the typical timeframes:

North Island: 1–2 business days.

South Island: 2–3 business days.

Rural Delivery: Please allow an extra 2 business days for our rural couriers to reach you.
Please note: While we aim for these targets, delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by weather or courier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Every POCKETS order is sent via a tracked service. Once your bag is on its way, you can follow its journey using the link provided in your shipping email.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can’t find your parcel, please check your "safe place" or with your neighbors first. If it's still missing, reach out to us at hello@wearyourpockets.com within 48 hours so we can start an investigation with the courier.
