At POCKETS, we want you to be obsessed with your new leather piece. We know that finding the perfect bag is a journey, so we offer a 30-day window to make sure it’s the right fit for your life.

1. Change of Mind Returns

If you receive your bag and decide it’s not quite what you were looking for, we are happy to offer a refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: To protect the quality of our leather for future owners, the bag must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and tucked inside its protective dust bag.

  • Return Shipping: For "Change of Mind" returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for a bag that goes missing in the mail.

  • Note: Since we provided free shipping to get the bag to you, this return shipping is the only cost you'll incur if you choose to return the item.

2. One Free Exchange

Found another POCKETS style you like better? We offer one free exchange per order.

  • You cover the shipping to get the original bag back to our studio.

  • Once we've inspected it and confirmed it’s in original condition, we will cover the shipping cost to send your new choice out to you!

3. Manufacturing Faults & Shipping Damage

In the unlikely event that your bag arrives with a manufacturing fault or was damaged during its journey to you, we will make it right immediately.

  • Our Promise: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and offer you a full refund or a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • What Counts as a Fault? This includes failures in stitching, zips, or hardware. It does not include natural leather markings (scars or grain variations), which are the beautiful proof of genuine leather.

  • Process: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery if the bag arrived damaged.

4. How to Start a Return

To begin, simply email us at hello@wearyourpockets.com with:

  1. "Return" or "Exchange" in the subject line.

  2. Your Order Number.

  3. 3-4 Photos of the bag to confirm its current condition.

5. Important: Finality of Sale

To allow us to keep our studio running smoothly, we have to be firm on our timeframes:

  • The 30-Day Limit: All return or exchange requests must be lodged within 30 days of your delivery confirmation.

  • After 30 Days: Once this window has passed, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns, process refunds, or offer exchanges for any reason after this point.

  • Sale Items: All items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are considered Final Sale. These are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded (unless deemed faulty).
